We want you to love your Conan Gray official merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and music products must be in their original sealed packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
